MEMORIAL SERVICE MUSICIANS MANILA

Posted by Mario Lupato on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, In : Songs and Music
When quietus comes, a beloved is given the respect and enconium he or she deserves thru a special eulogy based on love and sorrow from loved ones. The pain remains but God called him for the beyond and no one can halt his intention. God knows best.

An endearing and meaningful song rockets and dignify the soul as he is hoisted to his rightful pied-a-terre. We love to proclaim the rightful music for the demise as memorial musicians.

WHAT DISTURBS MUSICIANS

Posted by Mario Lupato on Saturday, July 20, 2013, In : INFORMATION
Unfair comment as blame from someone's is heart-tearing knowing you did the best for a performance but people who find the slightest fault make them joyous. It happened to us for the second time and I accept the blame for sending performers for one of my schedules knowing not fully the music head of the group. I based my trust being a musician myself.

I learned a great lesson from this and promised not to sacrifice quality of what we have kept from performances, even I needed the moolah out of...

ABOUT PARTY MUSIC

Posted by Mario Lupato on Friday, November 25, 2011, In : WEDDING SONGS AND MUSIC
A schedule was accepted for a party to be held third week of December this year for us to do the music for a party of Makati City Hall and decided they wanted some rock and roll music, 70's and 80's music. I suggested for us to do variety and the spokesperson of the department agreed but told me to do more on the upbeat kind of music and some mellow music. That was fine for us, of course and relieved of thinking otherwise.

It is fun to do party music even what kind of instruments you use. What...

INTIMATE AMERICAN-FILIPINA WEDDING AT FERNWOOD

Posted by Mario Lupato on Sunday, November 13, 2011, In : WEDDINGS

It was a Catholic wedding done outdoor and heard that the officiating priest was given permission to do it in a garden. It seems like a civil wedding but complete with the processional march, bridal march, marriage vows and a combination of Catholic and Christian music and the usual declaraion of marriage done in a Christian way.

The wedding ceremony was a touching one with careful choices of words delivered by the priest, meaningful and felt by the couple and both relatives of the groom...

TRADITIONAL WEDDING MARCH - AUGUSTINE MUSIC AND EVENTS

Posted by Mario Lupato on Tuesday, November 8, 2011, In : WEDDING SONGS AND MUSIC

 Faithfully guided, draw near

to where the blessing of love shall preserve you!
Triumphant courage, the reward of love,
joins you in faith as the happiest of couples!
Champion of virtue, proceed!
Jewel of youth, proceed!
Flee now the splendour of the wedding feast,
may the delights of the heart be yours!
This sweet-smelling room, decked for love,
now takes you in, away from the splendour.
Faithfully guided, draw now near
to where the blessing of love shall preserve you!...

WEDDING SONG: CANON IN D BY MARIO LUPATO

Posted by Mario Lupato on Saturday, October 29, 2011, In : WEDDING SONGS AND MUSIC
CANON IN D WITH LYRICS

Come with me, and we will fly together,
to a place, where we can love forever,

Take my hand, and we will see tomorrow,
only joy, and no more tears or sorrow,

A love I never knew, until I found you,
I promise that I do, believe that dreams come true.

Miracles will be, look at you and me,
heaven helped us to, believe that dreams come true.

Instrumental Break

In this moment, filled with deep emotion
hold me tight, you'll feel my true devotion.

A love I never knew, until I found you,...

THOUGHTS ON: FUNERAL MUSIC AND BEREAVEMENT

Posted by Mario Lupato on Sunday, October 9, 2011, In : INFORMATION

Best performances are made when people around are in their focused state like during a funeral mass where silence is evident and parts for words and music stand out. Funeral music reflects reverence not only the music choice but the controlled delivery same with the words said for the deceased.  It is the time to express the real essence what a song is performed with intense feeling and sincerely sharing the beauty and meaning of a song.

I had the privilege to sing for a funeral mass and ...

Wedding Musicians Philippines - An Impression

Posted by Mario Lupato on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, In : INFORMATION

Wedding musician they say will always hold on as a musician and that stays as a real notion but fear creeps when he reaches a certain point in time where options change. Being exposed to weddings, wedding musicians long for an involvement where music is concerned and when deprived a pain seeps within unnoticed but the sadness in one’s eyes reveal a certain loss. The elder musicians in the Philippines are left backside no matter how great their talents are as compared to foreign musicians fr...
